Alysia Wood is one of the bright new faces to come out of the strong Seattle comedy scene. The Louisiana native has settled in Los Angeles, quickly becoming a regular at Hollywood comedy hotspots. She is in great demand on the national comedy club scene. She was selected for the Boston Comedy Festival and appeared on “The WB” and “Fox.” She is currently appearing on AOL Comedy, MobiTv, iTV, Comedy Time and appeared on the popular, nationally syndicated show, Bob and Tom. In June 2006, Alysia competed with more than 120 women in the California’s Funniest Female Competition. Her performance in the finals will air on XM radio and is available on DVD. Alysia has worked with Ty Barnett, Bill Bellamy, Bobby Collins, Bobcat Goldthwaite, Tere Joyce, Kristin Key, Ralphie May, Kevin Nealon, Christopher Titus, Doug Stanhope and Bruce Vilanch.
